How you deal with your experiences in life has to do with your internal state. When you take the positive position as the observer who is here to learn from everything this life provides, it frees you from handling any situation.
This includes anxiety. Sometimes we find ourselves so focused on "curing" something we miss the lessons that are gifted to us to learn. Everything is happening for you, and you step into your power when you get into gratitude!
