Un jeune entrepreneur du nord, Bernard Arnault, met la main sur ce qui reste de Boussac et relance la belle endormie, transformant Dior en un groupe de luxe mondial. Développant les accessoires et les parfums.

Pendant ce temps, chez Chanel, le génie de Lagerfeld fait des étincelles : il réussit l’exploit de continuer à faire vivre l’esprit de Coco, à l’interpréter, le moderniser. A l’heure du numérique et des réseaux sociaux, il transforme les défilés en spectacles à grand budget, contribuant à faire rayonner l’aura de Chanel partout dans le monde.
