We need to talk about men’s mental health. We need to focus on how society perceives men talking or sharing their feelings or their psychological issues. We were told that women are weak, that is why they can cry and talk about their problems but men are not to. Today we will open the floor by discussing how all of these beliefs built who we live with today.
We need to talk with Ahmed Hozayen, a very dear friend of mine who is a huge advocate for men’s mental health.
