4 days of cycling around the 7 Emirates for a great cause! This week we catch up with Tom Walker and Rob Foster who were are part of this inaugural event hosted by the First Group.

The guys take us through 4 days of cycling covering between 100km and 150km per day, some special sites, tips and tricks of how to ride in groups, ride up hill fast and generally have fun whilst staying safe on a bike!
