On this episode of The Internship Show, we speak with Jessica Zlab and Jen Larson from Garmin. Jessica is the University Relations Recruiting Team Leader and has been with Garmin for 8 and a half years. She’s been in the university recruiting world the whole time she has been with the company and absolutely loves it. Her team manages their intern program, entry-level technical recruitment, STEM/K-12, Diversity and Inclusion, and the new associate onboarding and engagement initiatives. Where Jen is a University Relations Recruiter and has been with Garmin for 3 years. Her job is to maintain relationships with universities and early talent candidates as well as plan, prepare, and execute their internship program.

We learn why it is a great place to work as an intern, how to be a successful intern in their program, and much more.
