About this episode

On this episode of The Internship Show, we speak with Rachel O'Grady and Nicole Stelluti from Bloomberg. Nicole leads Engineering Recruiting at Bloomberg. A Bloomberg employee since 2008, she has held many roles in the engineering recruiting department, advancing from technical recruiter to head of the global department, where she now oversees a team of 79 engineering recruiters and 7 team leaders. She built the hiring strategy for top technical talent across the globe and, under her leadership, the recruiting team has doubled the size of the Engineering department with top tech talent. Where Rachel is the global head of entry level recruitment and  has worked at Bloomberg for the past decade of her 15-year career in HR. During this time, she has predominantly served as an HR Business Partner, but has now managed Global Campus Recruiting for the past 3 years.

We learned details about their engineering and business  internship program, how they get interns involved with philanthropy and the challenges of a global internship program going virtually.
