Parenting Beyond Perfection with Guest K...

MICHELLE KENNEY, M. ED
About this episode

“When we bring kids into this world, our hope is that in the future, there will be a more peaceful world for them.”

Good behaviour from our children begins with us, their parents.

In this episode, Kiersten, a dear member of our community joins me to talk about how her journey’s been like as a mom, the joyful and the hard parts, as well as how she is growing as a mother and how peaceful parenting helped her nurture her relationship with her kids!

When we are met with defiance, we can’t help but lose our cool sometimes especially when there are many things going around at the same time.

Keep listening to today’s episode to find out how you can connect with your kids on a deeper level and learn how to move away  from punishing and controlling and lean into calm and peace.

Episode Highlights:

  • How Kiersten’s journey with peaceful parenting began
  • Peace begins with us, parents
  • Stop trying to control your kids
  • Let your kids grow and experience life
