Welcome to episode 251 of the Sexology Podcast! Today I am delighted to welcome Dr. Stephanie Estima to the podcast. In this episode, we discuss how Stephanie shifted her life balance to a better place, the ways in which our diet and sexual health are connected and recommendations to help correct some mistakes you may not realize you’re making. 

 

Stephanie is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic with a special interest in metabolism, body composition, hormones, and functional neurology. She’s the host of an award-winning podcast, and author of an international best-selling book.  She’s also the founder of a membership program that discusses nutrition, fasting, exercise, hormones, and the female psyche.   

 

Stephanie is currently building out a certification program for doctors and healthcare providers outlining cell metabolism, exercise physiology, brain aging, and best clinical practices for female patients.
