the feminine mold

Emma Chamberlain
About this episode

As we grow up we’re told there are certain molds and stereotypes that we need to fit into: the “ideal” woman, the “ideal” guy, etc. But that image in our minds can leave us feeling that we’re not good enough unless we achieve it. Emma talks through her struggles with this growing up, and the issues it caused with her self-esteem and how she was treated by others. Once we learn to accept who we are, and forget who we think we should be, then we can truly be happy.
