Was braucht der Mensch zum Leben? Liebe. Und – Essen! In dieser Sendung verrät Ardhi, der Moderator, ein Rezept für Kartoffelsalat, das er von seiner Mutter hat. Ob es dazu Wiener Schnitzel oder Spiegeleier gibt? Und wer spült danach das Geschirr ab? 

Warum kaufen die einen ihre Lebensmittel in einem Bioladen, warum die anderen im Supermarkt? Hören Sie dazu eine Umfrage in einem Bioladen. Anna, die Moderatorin, bekommt plötzlich Hunger, und sie bekommt auch etwas zu essen. Aber ob es ihr bekommt? 

Was schmeckt uns, und was schmeckt uns nicht? Die Antwort muß irgendwo zwischen Sauerkraut, Schokoladeneis und Kartoffelsuppe liegen. In einer Szene in einem Restaurant geraten darüber ein vornehmer Ober und ein unzufriedener, aber höflicher Gast aneinander.
