If you have a binge, release judgment and step into genuine curiosity. Connect to your higher self and build your compassion muscle. Relapsing is part of the process. Anytime you find yourself unconsciously eating or eating to numb, it's an opportunity to tune in. Binge episodes are DATA. Learn about yourself and your behaviors. You'll be able to pull yourself out faster and binge episodes will become less frequent and less intense.
