Hello! 💖 This meditation practice was made with the intention to give you tools to fall asleep fast and deep. Whether you have trouble falling asleep or if you just want to improve the quality of your sleep, this meditation is for you.

Experience peace and gratefulness before sleep, by slowing down the energies from the events of daily life and connect with the present moment. When you release stress and tension in your body it will help your body to rebuild and restore energy much better. And you will wake up refreshed and rejuvenated.  

This sleep talk down will give total ease and stillness to spread throughout your body. You can use this as an evening ritual to close up your day and to give the best opportunities for the next day.
