About Blake Ashforth:
Blake is the Regent’s Professor and Horace Steele Arizona Heritage Chair of the W.P. Carey Management and Entrepreneurship department at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. His research focuses on how organizations and individuals affect each other. He also investigates how things go wrong in organizations from corporate corruption to burnout. His most recent work explores how individuals find dignity in stigmatized occupations and the importance of respect to employees.
