Ways and ideas to connect with older toddlers and kids are plentiful. But what about younger toddlers? (1-2 year olds) How can a parent connect with their kids when they are just learning to walk and talk? Also how does a parent handle it when they see a young toddler (1-2 years old) self-stimulating their genitals? Is this normal behavior?
