Wenn Lesen und Schreiben zur Qual werden

Früher war es eine mühsame Handarbeit der Schriftsetzer, heute müssen nur wenige Knöpfe bedient werden, um Druckerzeugnisse herzustellen. Dem Wandel stellte sich auch eine traditionsreiche Lüneburger Druckerei. 

Für viele ist es ein Muss, das Oktoberfest in Lederhosen und Dirndl zu besuchen. Nirgendwo sonst trifft man so geballt auf die bayerische Tracht wie dort. Und nicht nur die Einheimischen ziehen sie gern an. 

Ob Kalbsbries oder Kutteln: Die traditionelle bayerische Küche ist ganz schön deftig. Manche der Spezialitäten, die heute in Spitzenrestaurants auf den Tisch kommen, waren früher Arme-Leute-Essen.
