#671: Blood cancer to "start to run" to ...

InnerFight
About this episode

Less thank 2 years ago Matt Heptonstall had blood cancer spotted in a random blood test he was undergoing. In September 2020 he completed 30 half marathons in 30 days. He was not a runner and prior to June 1st 2020 had not run for over 6 years.

There are defining moments in our lives and as we learn in this show Matt has gone through a number of these in the last 2 years. One thing is insane and that is his calm nature.

In this show Matt tells us all about his dance with blood cancer, changes he has made in his life, feelings and emotion and then he gives us an insight into those 30 half marathons.

Enjoy the show.
