A 24-year-old McDonald's worker is accused of being the Tampa serial killer. Police arrested Howell Emanuel Donaldson III after his boss told police he brought a handgun to work. Donaldson is charged with 4 shooting deaths in recent weeks. Nancy Grace updates the case in this episode.
