On July 10th 2020, ten year old Breasia Terrell mysteriously went missing during a sleepover with her half brother and his father, Henry Dinkins. Throughout the investigation, authorities found video surveillance of Henry driving all over Davenport that morning, including a stop a Walmart to purchase bleach. Then in March of 2021, a gruesome discovery would finally lead to murder charges.
