Chris Bennett | Finding Our Best Possibl...

Nike
About this episode

With most gyms still closed and team sports on hold, running is more vital than ever—but it’s also more constrained. Good thing we have a teacher like Chris Bennett to help us find our stride. As the head coach of Nike Run Club, he’s been telling us for years that our best runs aren’t measured by distance or time but by how they make us feel. On this episode of Trained, he talks about how that shift in mindset can improve our long-term performance, how we can practice good running etiquette while social distancing, and how we can still get a runner’s high even if we can can’t run.
