Oprah and Iyanla talk with Amy, a mother of three, who says she is shackled to her guilt after making a terrible decision two years ago. Iyanla helps Amy uncover the root cause of her guilt and shame. Then, through Facebook, Twitter and Skype, Oprah and Iyanla take questions from people around the world.
