Last week Obaid and I talked about two things which inspired this episode . . .
1) Take a thousand photos and you might get a good one.
2) Set a daily routine/ritual so that in time you reach your goals.
In this episode I expand on these two thought by reading excepts out of my upcoming book "Anchored: The discipline to stop drifting".
There are two main thoughts being shared.
1) Quantity of Quality: If you put in the reps of producing and creating (rather than being paralyzed by wanting to only produce "quality" art).
2) Limiting Work Load and Importance of Sleep: Limiting work, and ensuring sleep, are both integral component of productivity and creativity.

Here are some questions to help you think through what your twenty-mile-march might be...
The difficult part is deciding in which area of your life to initiate the Twenty-Mile March. To determine the small, daily steps you need to take, you need to know where you are going. Complete the following list to determine what your personal Twenty-Mile March will be.
Don’t be overwhelmed if you aren’t sure what area to pick or how to progress. Start somewhere, head out, and in a week or month’s time, you will not have lost anything even if you decide to change course. You will be on the road, and that is what matters.
