15 years after 33-year-old mother of three, Michelle Parker went missing, a newly unsealed affidavit reveals just how much damning evidence police have amassed against Parker’s ex-fiancee, Dale Smith Jr. Parker went missing within an hour of their “The People’s Court” episode, where a judge ruled that both parties should split the cost of a missing engagement ring. While Parker’s body has never been found, police now have incriminating cellphone records, text messages, and a lengthy criminal history of domestic violence by Smith that have many asking why it took so long for police to make an arrest.
