Halle Berry has filed an emergency request, asking the court to restore her 50/50 custody arrangement with her ex-husband Olivier Martinez regarding their 13-year-old son Maceo. Berry gives a very different account of what happened between her and Maceo on September 26th, saying she would never hurt her son. Martinez claimed Berry physically abused Maceo and placed him in a chokehold, which led a judge to issue a temporary restraining order against the Oscar winning actress. Berry also goes into detail what she claims are examples of Martinez’s negative influence over her son designed to damage her relationship with Maceo.
