What happens when the version of you that once felt right… doesn’t anymore?
For this episode, I sat down with Rachel Leonard Kennedy — American author, Image Consultant, and the woman behind The Kennedy Curate.
Rachel has helped thousands of women find their personal style, feel confident in their clothes, and actually feel supported by what’s already hanging in their closet through her signature process, The Curated Closet Method™.
And while yes, we absolutely talk about style, this conversation ended up being about so much more than clothes.
We talk about the different versions of ourselves that exist throughout our lives — and how you know when you’ve genuinely outgrown one of them.
Rachel shares how her own style has evolved as she’s evolved, how she developed such a distinct point of view, and what she’s actually thinking about when she creates an image, puts together a shoot, or builds a brand.
We also get into something I find SO interesting: the difference between something simply being beautiful and something actually having something to say.
And, of course, I had to ask her about femininity. 😂
We talk about femininity, ambition, softness, success, and what it looks like to allow your image to reflect who you actually are instead of trying to create a version of yourself you think other people want to see.
This was one of those conversations that moved between style, business, identity and womanhood in the best way.
If you’re in a season where you can feel yourself changing — whether it’s your style, your work, what you want, or simply the woman you’re becoming — I think there’s going to be a lot in this one for you.
