About this episode

This episode focuses on how Jerry and Sam, from our Learning Disability and Liaison team, support service users with Learning Disabilities in accessing the physical health support they need, how and why the team were formed, some of the barriers that are in place and how the team can support people on this journey. The episode also highlights how co-production has fed into the team, the value of experts by experience, how to get a referral into the service and some of the changes Jerry has seen over his 40 year career in Learning Disability Nursing and more.
