We meet two of the directors of a long-standing manufacturing business in Leeds. This form is distinguished by the fact it is owned by its employees. How did they buy it from the founders and what has made it successful as an employee-owned firm. Its called Union Industries and its Chairman and managing director are joining me in the studio.

As it’s the first episode after a long hot summer we’ll start by taking the temperature of the economy with Andrew Haley of Active Chartered Financial Planners.
