Today's Bible Verse: "My God, whom I praise, do not remain silent." — Psalm 109:1
Some days simply feel harder than others. Disappointment, conflict, exhaustion, and circumstances outside our control can leave us wondering where God is in the middle of it all. Psalm 109:1 gives us permission to bring those difficult emotions honestly before God rather than pretending everything is fine.
David's words throughout Psalm 109 reveal someone experiencing deep pain and frustration. Yet even in his distress, he turns toward God. His example reminds us that having a difficult day doesn't mean we've failed spiritually. God invites us to bring our anger, confusion, hurt, and disappointment into His presence.
