Today's Bible Verse: "For when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, since I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!" — 1 Corinthians 9:16
1 Corinthians 9:16 reveals Paul's deep sense of calling and responsibility to share the gospel. For Paul, preaching was not simply a career, personal achievement, or opportunity for recognition. He understood that God had entrusted him with the message of Jesus, and he felt compelled to faithfully share it.
This verse challenges us to think about what God has entrusted to each of us. We may not all be called to preach from a platform, but every believer has opportunities to reflect Christ and share the hope of the gospel through our words, actions, relationships, and everyday conversations.
