I'm so glad you're here.
Some days, right action feels distant — buried under distraction, self-doubt, or the pressure to get it "right." If that's where you're at today, this episode is for you.
This week, we're moving through a full journey into Karma Yoga — the practice of right action — one small step each day. Today, Day 1, is about intention.

Today's Practice: Visualization — "Set Your Inner Compass"
In today's 10-minute meditation, we'll use a guided visualization to help you connect with the intention behind your actions — separate from the outcome you're chasing. We'll picture a compass inside you, one that points not toward results, but toward purpose. From there, we'll gently explore what it feels like to act from that place, so you can return to it anytime, not just during meditation.
This technique works because intention shapes attention — when you clarify why you're doing something before you do it, your mind naturally filters out the noise of "what if it doesn't work out," freeing you to act with more presence and less anxiety.
💛 Daily Message for Your Heart
Dear Friend,
Right action isn't about getting it perfect. It's about showing up fully, doing your part, and letting go of the rest.
You don't have to control how things turn out. You don't have to have the whole path mapped out today. Just notice what's yours to do right now — and let that be enough.
With love,
Mary
