Welcome back, for the last day of this series.
Over the past six days, we released, we rested, we grounded, we protected, we expressed, and we brought it all into balance. Today, we simply pause — and look back.
This isn't about doing something new. It's about noticing everything that's already shifted.

Today's 10-minute meditation is a gentle guided reflection, moving back through each day of this series:
We won't rush through these. We'll simply let each one rise gently, notice it, and let it go — carrying forward only what serves you.
Dear Friend,
You don't have to master peace in a week. You only have to keep returning to it.
Whatever you noticed this week — even if it was small — is real, and it's yours to keep. Peace isn't a place you arrive at once and stay forever. It's a practice you return to, again and again, for the rest of your life.
With love,
Mary
