If you’re new here, hi, I’m Mafe. And if you’ve been here since the beginning, thank you for still choosing to listen. This podcast started in 2022 as a safe space for self-love, healing, and growth… but behind the scenes, I’ve been growing too, sometimes beautifully, sometimes painfully.
But what I realized is this podcast has never been about perfection; it’s been about showing up as I am.
This podcast has held me through so many phases of my life, and I’m so grateful I didn’t walk away from it. I love creating this space. I love connecting with you. And I love that we get to grow together, even when it’s messy.
