Distraction can come in all shapes & forms, but it's up to us to find (even 3 minutes) to refocus our thoughts on God's goodness and allow our hearts to be fed by his truth rather than the chaos of the world. If you're in the thick of Motherhood or drowning at work just trying to provide for your family (or both)--I hope this episode blesses you! In this episode, I share with you how (& where--ha ha) I found this simple 3-minute morning routine hack that can give you back peace in your spirit & ground your emotions so you aren't finding yourself binging again.
