Jana Barrett is a New Zealand–based fitness and movementcoach who specialises in helping women, particularly those over 40 and 50, build strength, mobility, and confidence to move pain-free.
A certified TACFIT instructor, strength and conditioningcoach, and personal trainer, she describes herself as a “mobility alchemist” who takes a holistic, intuitive approach to training.
After experiencing her own struggles with pain, weakness,and burnout following motherhood, Jana transformed her health and now supports other women through life phases such as pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause.
Her coaching focuses less on aesthetics or “go-hard”training and more on functional strength, longevity, and smart, efficient workouts that ease chronic pain, improve mobility, and empower women to live actively and fully.
