In today's episode, we start off with a bit of an update. It's been almost 2 years since Janet and Lauren the Mortician filed a lawsuit against us in federal court - and while we had hoped that things would have been resolved by now, unfortunately, they had other plans. They have just refiled their THIRD amended complaint, leaving us to continue fighting this frivolous lawsuit that we believe is being intentionally drawn out in an effort to drain us of our time, energy, and most of all, money, until we give up. And while that would be the easier path to take, that would mean allowing them to get away with the same behavior that we criticized that got us here to begin with. So with that being said, we are still prepared to keep fighting this to show that legal intimidation and censoring free speech is not acceptable.
If you are able to, AND ONLY IF YOU'RE ABLE TO COMFORTABLY, we would be eternally grateful for any donations that can help us continue this fight and show that you can't just sue people into silence because you don't like what they're saying. You girlies' support has gotten us this far and we are so grateful for how much you've rallied to help us through this mess.
