Miracle in the News: Florida Family Fall...

RADIO AMERICA
About this episode
A family trip to Glacier National Park nearly turned deadly when a family photo turned into a nightmare at Avalanche Creek. A Florida family of four was posing near the gorge when one slip sent multiple family members plunging into the icy, rushing water below. What followed was a dramatic rescue that could only be described as miraculous. Two brothers—Mike and Tommy Skidmore—just happened to be hiking nearby. With medical training and CPR skills, they risked their lives in the freezing current, pulling the parents from beneath logs and debris. Both were unconscious, with no pulse. Against all odds, CPR revived them while their teenage son clung desperately to a tree branch and first responders worked to reach him. From tragedy narrowly avoided, to strangers becoming heroes, this is a powerful reminder of how fragile life is—and how divine timing places the right people in the right place at the right moment. 🙏✨ 💡 In this episode of Miracles in the News, we explore: The selfie gone wrong at Avalanche Gorge in Glacier National Park How two brothers and their nephew risked their lives to save strangers The chilling moments of CPR that brought two parents back from the brink Why this story is more than just luck—it’s a miracle of survival and divine intervention 👉 Don’t miss this heart-stopping miracle story. Share with someone who loves adventure, the outdoors, real stories of hope and survival, or who needs a reminder to stop taking dangerous selfies!
