Tay Lautner: Life Lessons and Life Updat...

Taylor Lautner
About this episode

In this week’s episode, Tay is going solo for the very first time! She kicks things off with a recap of her recent trip to NYC for The Summer I Turned Pretty season 3 red carpet premiere, and reveals whether she’s Team Jeremiah or Team Conrad. Tay then opens up about a pregnancy scare earlier this year and how it reminded her of the importance of choosing a partner who shows up in the hard times, not just the fun ones. She shares her thoughts on how to know when you’ve found “the one,” how changing up your routine can reset your mindset, and why both working out and therapy are essential for mental health. Tay also offers tips for improving communication with your partner, practicing self-love by treating yourself like someone you care for, and finding community in a new place. To wrap things up, she shares an exciting update about our upcoming Mental Health Summit on September 20th!
