Luka McCabe and Kate Holm
About this episode

Well… this is it. Our final episode of Boob to Food, the podcast.

After over two years, 136 episodes, and more than a million downloads, we’re wrapping up the podcast with a relaxed chat, catching up on life, reflecting on the journey, and sharing what’s next. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you’re finding us for the first time, thank you for letting us be part of your parenting journey.

For those who are tuning in for the first time, a little about us…

  • Luka McCabe - founder of Boob to Food, author of Milk to Meals, registered nurse and midwife, as well as mum of 3
  • Kate Holm - naturopath, nutritionist, mum of three, bringing grounded, evidence-based insight to the world of infant and family health

This episode is both a celebration and a farewell. We reflect on what we’ve created, what we’ve learned, what’s next, and remind you that while the podcast may be ending, the episodes are here to stay.

We’re so proud of this podcast. It’s been a true labour of love, filled with conversations that are raw, real, informative and nourishing. Whether you’re here for the the expert interviews, the feeding tips, or the solidarity, we hope you’ll continue to come back to the episodes whenever you need them. We’ll still be sharing, educating, and connecting with you through Boob to Food and our own channels, so this isn’t goodbye, just a shift.

You can connect with Luka on her Instagram and the Boob to Food website.

You can connect with Kate on her Instagram and her website HERE.

Thank you for letting us be in your ears and part of your parenting journey. We’re so grateful to have shared this season of life with you.

Bye for now!
