In this episode of Healing CPTSD, I unpack the major systems shaping our inner and outer worlds — colonialism, capitalism, patriarchy, white supremacy — and how they impact trauma, burnout and disconnection.

I share a framework to help you better understand your role in social change (inspired by Deepa Iyer’s 10 roles of social justice) and offer reflections on how reclaiming agency, rest, and imagination are forms of resistance.

This is a grounded call-in for anyone wanting to fuck the system without burning out.

– Naming the systems: colonisation, capitalism, patriarchy
– How systems shape trauma & healing
– The 10 roles of social change (Deepa Iyer)
– Everyday resistance & nervous system repair
– Imagining an equitable future
