It’s a powerful reminder that movement isn’t just mechanical, it’s foundational, neurological, and deeply human. We shouldn't just aim for strength and stability, but reflexive strength and reflexive stability.


Tim has had a dramatic impact on my life and the way I approach movement with my clients. I was extremely grateful for the chance to sit down with him and go in depth on the topic.
