How to redefine Success When it doesnt b...

Rebecca Minkoff
About this episode

This week on SUPERWOMEN, I’m joined by Dr. Tiffany Moon, board-certified anesthesiologist, entrepreneur, author, and former cast member of “The Real Housewives of Dallas,” for an honest conversation about finding perspective and building self-worth.

In this episode, Tiffany shares some of the lessons that shaped her new book, Joy Prescriptions,” and opens up about the power of letting go, saying no, and finding confidence outside of achievement. We discuss her incredible journey, from her unexpected leap into reality TV to launching multiple businesses. Tiffany opens up about the moment she realized success wasn’t synonymous with joy, and how that realization led her to reimagine her life. The accolades, the titles, and the “dream job” just weren’t filling up her cup the way she had imagined they would. Between launching a summit for professional women and juggling multiple businesses, she lets us in the power of using joy, not perfection, as a metric of success.

Whether she’s in the operating room, onstage at her LeadHer Summit, or at home with her twin daughters, Tiffany’s story is a reminder that life doesn’t start after reaching your professional goals—it begins when you “find worth in just being you.”

Thank you for listening! Don’t forget to order my book, “Fearless: The New Rules for Unlocking Creativity, Courage, and Success.”
