February and March were unexpectedly tough for me - I lost a close family member and needed to take some time off to rest and be with loved ones. In this episode, I talk about how this life event affected my goals for the year (yes, even my fun run and swimming lessons!) and why it’s okay if your year didn’t go exactly to plan.
