the "EVEN IF" mindset & how to practice ...

THAT SOUNDS FUN NETWORK
About this episode

Even if I’m single, that job doesn’t work out, I fail, I don’t know what’s next in life… Sarah Helton and Kenzie Todd, co-hosts of Even If, join Lily on the mic to chat about the EVEN IF mindset and what it means to keep pursing Jesus even if things aren't going our way. The girls discuss persistent prayer, setting healthy boundaries, community in your 20’s versus 30’s, and waiting for the Lord's plan to unfold even if it doesn’t look the way you planned it.

Sarah Helton is a Life Coach for young women, high school strength and conditioning coach, founder of Park1230, author of Cowgirl Mermaid and co-host of The Even If Podcast. She is from Franklin, TN and has a passion for people and relationships. In her free time she loves spending time outside, at the gym, volunteering on a horse ranch, fishing any pond in sight and spending time with her 9 nieces and nephews.

Kenzie Todd is a veteran to the Nashville fitness scene with almost a decade of experience, founder & owner of Full Ride Cycling, a Master Trainer, and co-host of The Even If Podcast. She lives in Nashville, TN and has a passion for young women and making others feel known. In her free time you'll find Kenzie with her people deep in conversations, cooking, hiking, or brainstorming new business ideas with her brother.
