Walking Away and Coming Back Better with...

Rebecca Minkoff
About this episode

On the SUPERWOMEN podcast, I’m sitting down with the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star and “Traitors” winner Dolores Catania.

As two cast members of the “Housewives” franchise, we open up about our time on the shows, and we reflect on resilience, reinvention, and what it really means to stay true to yourself—even when the world is watching.

Dolores joined “RHONJ” at a difficult time in her life and made a promise to never let the pressures of reality TV change who she was. On “Housewives,” she built a reputation for loyalty, honesty, and standing her ground, but what most people don’t see is the grit and willpower it took to get there. From getting divorced while nine months pregnant and raising her kids as a single mom, to navigating business and personal reinvention, she’s learned firsthand how to make the most of the challenges she has faced.

In this episode, Dolores gives us the scoop on her time on “The Traitors,” backing out of “RHONJ” in Season 1 and then deciding to return years later, how reality TV shaped her sense of self-worth, the toughest lessons she’s learned, and why she’s on a mission to change the conversation around menopause and women’s health.
