Just as a football team must plan for a variety of offensive strategies and attacks, investors must be prepared to strategically adjust. This audiobook provides the game plan to respond and succeed.

Informative but a little too much religion
Is there anything you would change about this book?
If you're a religious Conservative, then this book is for you. If you're more of a LIberal, you may want to skip it. Soon after I bought the audio book, I saw the author being interviewed by Glenn Beck where he stated how "God established America". I knew what to expect from that point forward. However, after listening to the audio book, I feel there is some good information in it with respect to investing in today's economy. There is also a good degree of fear mongering and doomsday prep advice which may or may not be valid. The author's advice on gold and silver makes sense in terms of the pros and cons of owning it physically vs. storing it. He also does a nice job of explaining basic investing terminology and the different types of investments out there. Overall, I would recommend the book but be advised that there are sections where the author quotes the Bible extensively and to a large degree, pushes his religious views on the reader/listener.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
The ending was primarily Bible quotes and felt more like a book on religion than a book offering investing advice. Even though there are other religions that promote similar beliefs with respect to greed, hoarding, and reaching out to help our fellow man, the ending was completely biased toward just one religion. That's great if you happen to share the author's religious views but if you're of another faith or an atheist, it may not be a pleasant experience.
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
The narrator did an excellent job.
Could you see Game Plan being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
Not a chance.
Outdated Garbage
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Written around middle of Obama's presidency, this book is a political drivel. Blames Obama for much of the ills of the world and offers no substantial advice for what he calls "financial terrorism and warfare". The only advice he gives is "diversify" and promotes nonsense investment vehicles like annuities. Book was written during times of oil spikes and holds no value today (2017).
Has Game Plan turned you off from other books in this genre?
Yes
How could the performance have been better?
More about - How to Protect Yourself from the Coming Cyber-Economic Attack, and less pushing typical Fear/Uncertainty/Doubt with no meaningful financial advice.
Any additional comments?
Save your time, skip this nonsense.
