Joe has had a significant impact on the world of health and fitness, known to many as “The Body Coach.” He rocketed to fame with his lean in 15 approach, bringing together 15-minute meals and HIIT workouts. His online workouts, particularly during the pandemic, became a lifeline for millions of families, with his “PE with Joe” sessions gaining hundreds of thousands of views every day while schools were closed.
