About our Guest, Peter Hornsby:
After 2 decades of UX research and design work in complex fields including fintech and defence, Peter Hornsby turned his attention to legal design, transforming complex legal texts into accessible, engaging documents. His design work is informed by human factors, which he describes as ‘the science of designing for people’, and his PhD in computer science, which he uses to help bridge the gap between design and development. Peter is passionate about improving the current state of legal design, and as part of this has developed training on user research and information architecture as part of the Legal Design Sandbox.
