The pair also talk about Mr Singh's own vocational journey (including over three decades at global firms Baker McKenzie and KPMG), why he sees educating the next generation as such a worthwhile pursuit, and what advice he would offer to those who are worried about finding time for necessary upskilling to succeed in the looming new normal.
