Welcome to The HR L&D Podcast, where we explore the intersections of human resources and learning & development. I'm your host, Nick Day, and today we're joined by Rich Diviney, a retired Navy SEAL commander and founder of "The Attributes Inc."


Rich's 20-year military career includes over thirteen overseas deployments and leadership of elite SEAL selection processes. Now, his consulting firm combines SEAL expertise with neuroscience and psychology to unlock human potential in business, sports, and military contexts.


Rich is also the author of the bestselling book "The Attributes: 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance" and has worked with clients like Google, Lexus, Deloitte, Bank of America and even the San Francisco 49ers!
