"My name is Aimee Ellen O'Keeffe and I have worked in elite sport as a Performance Nutritionist for 5 years and during that time I spent 4 years at Manchester United Womens Team. I currently work for England Red Roses (Rugby)and Williams Racing (F1) supporting Academy drivers and the Pit Stop Team. Alongside this I run my own online nutrition business called Committed Nutrition Ltd working with a range of different athletes from IM to CrossFit. I have a huge passion for supporting female athletes and helping simplify performance nutrition to make a positive lasting impact."
