How to find your purpose, even if, and especially when the road is long and winding?
If you’re interested in how consciously designed therapeutic places can help your mental health, listen this week to my guest Patsy Richardson.
Formerly a corporate Director of Marketing for Cadbury, she changed a winding career path after a kidney failure. She saw this life threatening disease and subsequent kidney transplant as a gift to change paths, and find her true purpose in life.
She founded the Greenhouse Therapy Rooms, a woodland themed, dedicated calm space for therapists to work with their clients in person.
She has created a community ethos where clients are respected, the therapists respect and support each other, and mental health is promoted and celebrated. We need more places like this!
